The Mini is the compact Smart Service Locker: two columns of doors, five rows high, with the touchscreen terminal built into the top‑right cell. It takes 0.85 m of wall and 0.46 m of depth, and runs on one power socket.

Customers handle the whole order at the locker. Your side is an alert on the Operator PWA: open the slot, clean the item, put it back. The Mini tells the customer when it’s ready.

Who installs the locker?+
You do, with our step‑by‑step installation guide. Our team is on remote support throughout, and the locker is plug and play once it is in position.
Can I place it outdoors?+
No. The Mini is for indoor use only. It is not waterproof and should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
What power supply does it need?+
One standard UK 3‑pin power socket. There is nothing else to wire up.
Which payment methods do customers use?+
Customers pay by scanning the DuitNow QR with Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay, GrabPay, Boost, MAE, or any bank e‑wallet that supports DuitNow QR.
When do I receive my sales?+
Payouts are made every day whenever your balance is above RM 100.

Yes. A single device can be extended up to 70 slots, and the cloud backend manages multiple lockers across outlets.

The Mini comes with a 1‑year warranty. A 60% deposit confirms your order, with the balance payable before delivery.
What are the ongoing costs?+
RM 365 per locker per year for maintenance, plus RM 1 + 1.5% of the sales amount on each order.
