What does it cost?+
RM 7,260 for the Mini, RM 10,000 for Smart Service Locker, or RM 12,800 for the Pro, one time. Then RM 365 per locker per year, plus RM 1 + 1.5% of the sales amount on each order. Sales are paid out daily whenever your balance is above RM 100.
Do customers need to install an app?+
No. Customers order on the locker’s touchscreen, pay with the e‑wallet they already have, and receive updates on WhatsApp. Staff use a browser‑based Operator PWA.
What happens if someone tampers with a locker?+
Staff receive a real‑time tamper alert so they can respond immediately.
