The Pro is the full‑size cabinet with a 21.5‑inch portrait touchscreen in the middle column. The top half plays your advertisements; the bottom half takes orders. It takes 1.2 m of wall and 0.45 m of depth, and runs on one power socket.

The 21.5‑inch portrait screen is split in two. The top half plays your advertisement videos all day; the bottom half stays ready for customers to order.
Top half: video. Promote new services, offers, or a partner’s brand. Your videos play while the locker waits.
Bottom half: ordering. Customers choose a service, pay and drop off exactly as on every other model. Ads never get in the way.
Managed from the cloud backend. Upload and change your videos from the same dashboard you use to run the locker. No visit to the shop needed.

Customers handle the whole order at the locker. Your side is an alert on the Operator PWA: open the slot, clean the item, put it back. The locker tells the customer when it’s ready.

How is the Pro different from the other models?+
The Pro is the same 22‑slot cabinet as Smart Service Locker, with a 21.5‑inch portrait touchscreen instead of the 10.1‑inch one. The top half of the screen plays your advertisement videos while the bottom half takes orders. It is RM 12,800, against RM 10,000 for the 10.1‑inch model and RM 7,260 for the 9‑slot Mini. All three run the same system and carry the same fees.
How do I put my advertisements on the screen?+
Upload your videos from the Smart Service Locker cloud backend. They play in the top half of the screen while the bottom half stays available for ordering.
Can I add more slots later?+
Yes. A single device can be extended up to 70 slots, and the cloud backend manages multiple lockers across outlets.
What are the warranty and payment terms?+
It comes with a 1‑year warranty. A 60% deposit confirms your order, with the balance payable before delivery.
What are the ongoing costs?+
RM 365 per locker per year for maintenance, plus RM 1 + 1.5% of the sales amount on each order.
