Shoe cleaning is a two‑ or three‑day job on a small item. The customer never needed to meet you at the counter. They needed somewhere safe to leave the shoes and a message when they’re done.
The counter is the bottleneck. Every handover interrupts a cleaning job or ties up a staff member waiting for walk‑ins.
Peak hours miss the peak. Customers want to drop off before work and after dinner, when a counter is closed or busy.

Will a pair of shoes fit in a slot?+
Yes. Each Mini slot has a door face of about 362 by 323 mm and the cabinet is 460 mm deep. Each Standard and Pro slot has a door face of about 329 by 219 mm and the cabinet is 450 mm deep. Sneakers, flats, caps and most bags fit; tall boots may need the Mini’s taller slots.
How many slots do I need?+
Count the orders you hold at once, not per day. If a job takes two days and you take ten orders a day, you hold around twenty pairs plus finished ones waiting for collection. That points to the 22‑slot Standard or Pro. A small outlet or a new business usually starts with the 9‑slot Mini.
Can customers drop off when the shop is closed?+
Whenever the locker itself is accessible. Many shops place it at a lit shop front, in a mall corridor or in a condominium lobby so drop‑off and collection run longer than counter hours. The locker is indoor only.
How do I set my prices?+
Your service menu and prices are set in the cloud backend and shown on the touchscreen. Customers pay the fixed price upfront, so there is no negotiation at collection.
What does it cost?+
RM 7,260 for the Mini, RM 10,000 for the Standard or RM 12,800 for the Pro, one time. Then RM 365 per locker per year, plus RM 1 + 1.5% of the sales amount per order. Payout is daily whenever your balance is above RM 100.
Do I still need staff?+
Yes, to collect, clean and return the shoes. The locker replaces the counter, not the cleaning. Staff work in batches on their own schedule instead of waiting for walk‑ins.
